Front Porch

Front Porch is a term coined at Air Venture. It's simply a desk where builder newbies and wa-n-bes can go to ask questions. I'll place a table and two chairs in one of the Workshop tents. There will be an ad in the COPPERSTATE program that informs people that they can go to the Front Porch and ask their questions to the experts. There will be a big sign as well.

I figure it'd be more fun if two people can man the desk, and possibly split the expertise into the traditional Experimental and the new Light Sport arenas, but that's totally optional.

I'm recruiting people to fill the time slots in the table below. If you have either Experimental or LSA experience and/or knowledge, please consider signing up for at least one of the time periods. One or two each day would be great! You should have some qualification for the assignement such as:

- successful amateur builder
- certified mechanic
- professional employment in aviation
- recognized knowledge in an applicable area
- technical consular
