This short form is specifically for event licensing or transient vendors and is intended for use by vendors at special events such as Fairs, Shows, Swap Meets, etc. The current license fee specified on the short form is $12. A link is provided to the most recent form (01/15) or go to www.azdor.gov to verify.[/toggle]
[toggle title=”How long does it take to obtain a license?” open=”no”]Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax FAQs Once you register online at www.AZTaxes.gov and submit the required signature document and applicable fees, your license will be sent by returned mail in approximately 4 weeks. If you go to one of the DOR offices in person and complete the application, it will take a minimum of 30 minutes to process the application and receive your license. If you mail in your completed application, please allow 10 to 14 business days to receive the license.[/toggle]
Tax Rates on Retail Sales
State of Arizona and Pinal County – 6.7%
City of Casa Grande – 2.0%
Net tax to be collected on retail sales: 8.7%

Special Note: A separate city license fee is not required for COPPERSTATE exhibitors, since the COPPERSTATE license with the City of Casa Grande applies to all participants.
